2 months agoThis Starbucks is beyond bad. Nothing to do with the beverages, everything to do with the service. Rude, slow and unfriendly. I waited 35 mins for a latte. When I politely asked what the hold up was I was dismissed and told to keep my pants on. So rude! I realize it’s a very busy spot, some of the staff need a refresher in customer service. Zero stars.

3 months agoHoping to do a good deed by taking my own reusable cup for coffee feels very little when the new CEO is flying his private jet weekly from home in California to the office in Seattle. Sadly Starbucks' environmental messages and climate standards have become just empty words and a joke.
