Pizza Hut

Walking in thinking about any other pizza place yet I was in for a surprise, starting off with a great service and the place could be updated but it was clean overall. They asked me how I wanted the pizza cut up and I requested into big slices if they don’t mind, and technically I got what I asked for. Very welcoming environment especially with the little faces on their name tags. The pizza was good better then good if anything something to die for, but I guess they were right “no one can out pizza the hut” most definitely coming back.

Ordered online and went to pick up. This was just a last minute kids bday party 🎉 extra pizza 🍕 order. Basically, I wanted more finger foods for the party and this was close by, unfortunately. Not only did they get the orders wrong, they overcooked the pizza. This isn’t the first time this location had screwed up (served terrible food to me). The kids at the party were really excited to get more pizza 🍕 but this was embarrassing to try to serve. The guy at the restaurant decides not to remake my order-instead, he decides to cook pepperoni 🍕 in the microwave and place it on the hard, over cooked cheese pizza that they have given us. All I ordered was pepperoni pizzas- and they couldn’t even get that right. I was willing to wait, being patient and kind, not wanting to disappoint the kids at the party, but no-they gave me cheese pizza and once I mentioned that it’s not what I ordered, they checked my order and decided to cook pepperoni in the freakin microwave and hand place it on top of our pizzas and then hand it back to me. I thought it was very ghetto and dirty of him to do such a thing. I’ve never seen a Pizza Hut with such low standqrds with no expectations from their employees-it is obvious that this is a franchise. The hiring manager needs to be fired bc they continue to hire and train this type of thing-the only way to revive business (I see the other bad reviews) is to start fresh with a new set of quality employees that are not necessarily comfortable on the job but aim to produce quality product and serve with grace. What u have now is nothing. The employees here, it’s pathetic, ’I’m to classy to ever step foot in this location again. Ridiculous. 🗑

I don't like posting bad reviews, that's why I do a middle. Food ok, placed carryout online , when I picked up employee was talking on iPods, he forgot to give me the wings and I also forgot to check the order since I was rushing , partially my fault. But then I get home and my boneless wings look like nuggets, even smaller than chicken nuggets. It was disappointing. Never again ordering that item from this business.

Female Hispanic workers standing around eating chips, and doing a whole lot of nothing. One male worker with glasses the only one doing any work. I had to wait there longer than I had to for him to help me because nobody else would bother.

This store always delivers in food and service! The food is always cooked just right, and the customer service is always excellent. Super happy to have them close-by for ordering.
