Tom and his team did a great job for my trip with 70 people down in Key Largo. Jessie was our driver all 3 days. He was very professional and courteous. The bus was in immaculate condition and very clean. Jessie was 10-15 minutes early every day which made it very easy to keep our tight schedule intact. I will use them next year for my trips around Florida and highly recommend them to others. Thanks again!
We all had a wonderful trip to Key West with Southern Bus Lines. From booking our trip with Tom back in Nov. 2016 to Feb. 22nd, 2017 the day of our trip, Southern Bus Lines and Tom were always there to help. The day of our trip the Bus arrived early, our driver - Jessie was so kind and professional. The Bus was clean and the drive from Key Largo to Key West was smooth! I went to a friends wedding that was taking place in the keys. After the reception Southern Bus Lines were used to transport us back to the hotel. The buses were very clean, seats were comfortable and there was plenty of space between myself and the passenger next to me. The driver was extremely cordial and drove very smooth. I look forward using this bus line in the future and will recommend this company to all my friends and family.
That was the worst experience I've ever had in over a decade of traveling with my student-athletes. The bus had no air conditioning at all, the bus was dirty, and it made for a miserable experience for everybody involved including the coaches and the student-athletes. I could not have been more disappointed in how today went with that Charter.
