Wingstop

I order from here pretty often, and I can honestly say I’ve never been disappointed. The food is always on point, no matter what I get! I’ve also gone in person to pick up my orders a few times. I’ll admit, there’s occasionally a bit of a wait, but it’s totally worth it because the food is absolutely bomb. The flavors are always spot-on, and everything tastes so fresh. Even if there’s a little delay, it’s definitely not enough to make me think twice about coming back. If you're looking for great food, this place is a solid choice every time!

One star for price/value. Wings were overcooked which made the meat stringy and leather like. Got stuck in my teeth and took 10 minutes of flossing to painfully remove. Gums were bleeding. The fries were like bits and pieces and greasy. Why are the fries all broken up like that? Kitchen had a fun, talkative party atmosphere, probably distracted the cook from paying attention. Prices are in the stratosphere, might as well eat lobster. Will not be going back until next year.

cashier was horribly rude to me i asked her for my order she did not reply to me i asked her again and she gives me attitude , formally saying “if it was ready i would’ve told you” well she didn’t tell me anything on top she forgot my ranch , and even before all that i ordered my food ONE HOUR before and it was still not ready , horrible service. and the food tasted dry and cold. wasted my time and money.

The girl working the register at 11:30AM 10/16 doesn't want to be there, so you should let her go. I walk in, and the blk girl working, making food with a smile on her face says from the back, "Hi! Welcome to wingstop!". I say, "Hi, thank you.." and walk up to the register. The girl standing there not working doesn't even look up at me or say a word, but I can see she's logging in. She then says, "Name?" in a non-friendly tone, still hasn't looked at me. I give my name and, without looking at me again, in the same unwelcoming tone, says, "What do you want?" I said nevermind and walked out. I have already been here 3x in the last 10 days. Not coming back. You could feel her intense dislike for customers. Looking at the other reviews, she's also likely one of the employees hanging up on take out orders. There was one table of two people when I walked in at lunchtime on a Saturday. Why when I walk over to Panda and it's very busy, does almost everyone working have the exact opposite, friendly attitude?

Awful customer service . I ordered delivery and the corn was missing . We called and asked for a refund and they said that our only option was to pick up. After telling them that we could not , they proceeded to tell us that they will give us a store credit and left us on hold. I called again five times and on the sixth try, they said they will give us the credit and hung up. When asked to speak to a manager , they hung up . DO NOT order delivery because if you have food missing , good luck , you’ll never see it
