What a gem. Little off the beaten path restaurant. Super friendly owners. Lola was great! Boat right up. They are attached to a seafood distributor and market so it’s a fresh as it gets! Great music. Fun vibes. Beer, wine and seltzers. Homemade fish dip is different than the rest. OYSTERS! Raw only. It’s next to a cool paddle board/dive shop type place that shouldn’t be missed either.
This is a locals place that should get more attention. Weekend lunch only. So don’t go for lunch during weekdays. Love the experience.
Cute little hidden spot off the highway and right on the canal! We only stopped in for a beer, but the vibe was super chill and we watched some parrot fish swimming around while we hung out.
We'll stop here on our next Keys trip so we can check out the menu.
BEST place we've had stone crab! (And they were only $4 each!)Love the location, food, service, and atmosphere! It's right next door to a kayaking store. Sit outside and watch the fish market next door dump left overs of fish in the canal and see the frenzy of nurse sharks eat it! So cool!!
Oysters were great. The downside was they only had limes, which was odd to put on oysters but I actually ended up liking it (not the same as lemon though). The conch fritters were very good and had nice chunks of conch in them. The stone crab had awesome flavor. Cool spot.
Very disappointing. We were excited to go here for the SC’s. If the drink menu has a price on it you need to honor it. They clearly do not. Also when you ask specifically how much are the SC’s before you order them then you need to be charged EXACTLY that nothing more. Unfortunately they practice bait and switch when is bad business!! Change your menus to reflect the prices you charge and be honest with customers. Also 4% fee for using a CC is ridiculous!!
