First time I use them and I was very pleased with the service i received. The rep was very cordial, informative and efficient with all the customers she had, and there were quite a few. I will post again once my delivery has been made.
Customer service is always great, this is my third time using them to send boxes to Colombia and the service has remain excellent. Boxes always arrive in good condition and in a timely manner. Definitely recommend.
Usually a great customer service.. but last time I went with my old Dad, the customer service lady was screaming at him while stating things that are not true about out of the country shipping
