I was baby wearing, which makes leaning over the cart difficult. The manager of this store personally loaded my items from my cart onto the belt, helped bag, and load my cart back up. He was genuinely so kind and considerate. You can tell he cares about his store and customers. We will definitely visit this location again the next time we are in the Keys!
This Publix is a gem! The store is super clean and well-maintained, making it a pleasure to shop here. The aisles are organized, and everything is easy to find. What really stood out to me was the friendly and helpful staff—everyone I interacted with was welcoming and eager to assist.
An added bonus for EV drivers is the Electrify America DC fast charging station located in the parking lot. It has two 150 kW stalls and two 350 kW stalls, including a Chademo adapter for those driving a Nissan Leaf. I was impressed that all four stations were 100% operational when I plugged in, which is a rarity at many charging locations. This makes the shopping experience even more convenient, allowing you to charge your vehicle while grabbing groceries. Highly recommend this Publix for both its excellent store experience and the top-notch charging options!
During my trip, I had a flat tire changed in the parking lot of this store, but the screw was too tight and I was at a loss as to what to do. However, the staff at the store helped me and I was able to continue my trip. I am very grateful. Also, the poke I always buy at this store is delicious and I love it. It's one of my favorite stores. Thank you so much!!
The store is huge, the shelves are packed, and the staff are knowledgeable.
Everybody I interacted with was very helpful. This store is well staffed.
But the park Iot is terrible. Parking spots are small, and it's hard to maneuver around all the big cars. Nice New Store for our. little town.
