Terrible service!!!! The packing was mediocre, the items got damaged under their packaging service 2 weeks delayed in receiving our items and they shipped only 70% of our household The remaining items took over 3 additional weeks to receive Several pieces of furniture severely damaged Missing cables, screws and important pieces to rebuild most of our furniture. Our mattresses hanging on the OUTSIDE of the truck!!! Boxes completely shrunken The agency STS Relocation Services was extremely incompetent in finding out any updates on our shipment dates and tracking. In summary, everything that can possibly go wrong in a move, this company managed to make happen.

They came out to pack my stuff for and upcoming move and were extremely professional and genuinely some of the nicest people I've ever met!! They made the whole process look easy. I wish I could give more stars!
