Knights Inn Florida City

GROSS ROACH MOTEL. Nothing positive. Stayed only 1 night to escape the hurricane. Next time will take my chances with the hurricane. Dirty room, facility, sheets, broken and in disrepair, hazardous. Surprised that they have not been shut down. Choice Hotels needs to remove them.

Our room was nice enough, no complaints. The disappointment was when we went to use the pool. No furniture to sit on. The pool was full of food and no filtration system running. Chips floating everywhere. Decking hadn't been pressure washed, it was gross. Then realized they rent to people on wk to wk basis. That's why no outdoor furniture. Not even a picnic table.

Overall not a bad experience but the bathroom tub was in poor shape. The towels had some stains and they seem like they have been in the hotel for more than 10 years. The beds were nice. Overall pretty good for the inexpensive rate. Thanks

For the price it's pretty decent. My husband travels for night work and after a long search this morning we found this place. Room was nice to look at. Fridge, microwave, nice tile, pull out sofa. No smells or bugs. Neighbor property's alarm was going off and we couldn't hear it inside. Parking lots been pretty quiet too. Fabric shower curtain is probably not the best idea. It's clean, but stained. The 3 pillows are pretty flat (but perfect if you have 2), beds soft and pillow like. Sheets looked and smelled cleaned. Floor could have been cleaner, but its manageable. We went out for breakfast so don't know what that was like. We're putting it on our list of possible future returns.

WORST EXPERIENCE. ITS BETTER TO STAY IN YOUR CAR THAN STAYING AT THIS PLACE. The room allocated didn't even meet the basic requirements. The were stains on all over bedsheets and rugs. When I complained about it by calling the office, they asked me to come down to the office with stained sheets and get it replaced with the other ones as they have no helpers available. I had to walk all the way from the room in second floor to the office with sheets to get them replaced around 11 30 PM. The floor was sticky, room was smelling bad. Some broken things all over the place. Me and my wife couldn't sleep whole night due to all the above mentioned reasons. It was very noisy. We didn't get good hot water for morning shower as well.
