I would like to thank Aran for making transportation a very good experience. After calling many agency to no avail. I called i transportation. i needed service on a Saturday and had NO problem . They arrived on time to pick up my Dad from the nursing home and brought him back with no problem. Thank you for a Great services. Next time I need transport CALL i transportation. I callled Aran to do a weekly private transportation to dialysis for my 83-year-old father who is currently at Heartland Rehab in Kendall. My father took the insurance provided transportation last week and it was a nightmare. The dialysis center is 2 miles from the rehab and it took the driver an hour to get there. I called Aran over the weekend and we worked out the transportation for this week. Aran's driver was supposed to arrive at 2:15 today but the transportation company from last week picked him up earlier. There was a miscommunication which was 100% the fault of the rehab center. Aran immediately notified me that he would be giving me the discount for the missing ride today and would follow through on the rest of the weekly pickups as scheduled. It's good to see a business that goes out of their way to please their customers. Highly reccomend Aran and ITransport Services!!!

Unable to give zero stars. Left 92 year old in a wheelchair waiting1 hr to go to grandsons wedding. They never showed. Called multiple times, no response. Then they still didn’t want to give refund! Unreliable. Don’t use this service.

I have been using ITRANSPORT services for over a year now and I must say that my experiences with them are “5 Stars” without a doubt. All the drivers that they have ever sent me have been very courteous, professional, very friendly, and always right on time when they pick me up. I must also give “5 Stars” to the individual at their office that takes care of my requests for the service, his name is “ARAN” and is extremely professional and takes care of your requests quickly and accurately and always follows up to make sure everything is in order and that everything went well. I will continue to use ITRANSPORT SERVICES as they are the best in town!
