We had a pleasant experience at the Holiday Inn Express Hotel! The rooms and washrooms were clean and well-maintained, which is always a top priority for us.
The staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing us to enjoy a late checkout. The pool was a great place to relax and unwind, and the breakfast was delicious and satisfying.
Overall, we found this hotel to be a good and decent property, perfect for a comfortable stay. While it may not have been luxurious, it met our needs and exceeded our expectations in many ways.

Left the property very early on checkout day, no body was on the front desk, call for help, no body show up.
Try to get the receipt from the IGH web page but isn't there. It says to contact the hotel directly, so I did, this is Saturday 6:30 the only guy in the front desk says he can not help, I told him to call the manager, but he just hang out on me. This is so frustrating. I have seen employees who call their managers to get explain on how to do certain task, but this guy just hangs on me. I'm Diamond on this brand, so very good client treated poorly
Overall, the stay was ok. The breakfast was the biggest disappointment, as I’ve always had a great breakfast at other Holiday Inn locations. The room and shower were clean, so it served its purpose.
Breakfast was good and the staff was wonderful and helpful. The bathtub in the room need to be refinished other than that everything was really nice and clean.
