I recently had the pleasure of visiting Froggy's Fitness, and I must say, my experience exceeded all expectations. The staff at Froggy's Fitness were not only professional but also exceptionally helpful throughout my visit. As soon as I entered, I was greeted with warm smiles and a willingness to assist. The team was highly knowledgeable, providing insightful advice on equipment usage ( different gym, different equipmets). It truly made the gym feel like a welcoming place where everyone, regardless of their level of fitness, can feel supported. Moreover, the staff's professionalism shone through in their interactions. They were attentive, courteous, and efficiently managed the flow of people to ensure everyone had an enjoyable and seamless experience. Overall, Froggy's Fitness stands out not just as a place to work out but as a community hub where cleanliness and customer service are given unparalleled importance. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch gym experience in the keys.

Very clean gym with a ton of high quality equipment. Chris at the front desk deserves a raise, extremely friendly and helpful guy. 10/10 would recommend

On vacation and they had a weekly rate, Chris was very kind and helpful.. Excellent equipment selection- good vibes. Alot of shredded senior citizens that lift here, f'n inspiring. I wish I had this club back home.

was here for a week my husband and i did weekly passes we enjoyed this gym all the equipment we needed and classes were great staff is friendly will be back next February when we come back to this area from CT

Great facility! Well kept! Clean! Chris at the front is upper polite! Don’t mind my towels on the equipment but these leverage machines are amazing!
