Be careful ordering from this company. They do not deliver your products on time which can delay your job. I spoke with JR. He did not seem to care that my project has been delayed multiple times after he gave multiple dates the ordered products would be in! Try to support the local business and get burned with delay costs. This is why Home Depot exists!
I bought a brand new Makita drill there for over $600.00. It immediately broke and they charged me $15.00 to send it out to be repaired - that was in March. It is now December and they have not even returned this tool nor do I have any information on when I will have this expensive drill. I will have to resort to small claims court. Of course I will never buy so much as a light bulb there ever again.
This place is the absolute worst. I went in and it took 15 minutes before anybody even acknowledge my existence. Then when I asked for some help they were completely without knowledge. I think that there needs to be some better management supervision
Had to go return something for my dad and had no clue what I was doing. Thankfully Gilbert was there and helped me with everything, made it super easy. Thank you Gilbert!
