I give Erin Kiehl my highest recommendation. She was so wonderful to work with that I almost wish I had another property to sell. A friend described her as creative, and I agree. Erin is also technically astute in real estate issues and financing. Her punctual responses and her help with all the issues of clearing out, staging, donations and disposal of unwanted items made a gargantuan task proceed methodically. She’s a delightful human being with a sense of humor, great communication skills, and common sense. She got to know me well enough to anticipate my likely responses to the negotiations. She kept us updated during the entire process with weekly emails of what she was doing with the marketing of the house, as well as calling us whenever we had any questions or concerns. . I have worked with other real estate agents in the past who forget about you and your property as soon as you list with them. Erin was hands on throughout the entire process, and made us feel like we were her top priority. All agents should act this way.
