Broadway Subs is quickly becoming a favorite spot in Miami. The welcoming staff and high-quality food make it stand out. A recommended burger with egg and bacon was outstanding. Their consistency, service, and dedication to quality set an example for other restaurants.

I tried to place an online order but the site didn’t allow me to so I went in and ordered 2 godfathers, one 12 inch, one 6 inch and a large fire with 2 drinks. Both sandwiches were to have everything on them with no tomatoes on the 6 inch. Easy enough- or so I thought. I sat and waited for my order like any other time I’ve been here and watched 5 people came in after me and placed orders after me get served their food. This doesn’t include the over the phone orders placed and served as well. 28 minutes later I am handed my order with no apology offered. I was told to grab a drink, which I already paid. Upon opening the sandwiches, the 6 inch had mayo, onion and banana peppers. There were no other toppings whatsoever with the exception of a tiny smear of mustard. I called to report this and was told “Well the guy who placed the order didn’t push all the buttons so I don’t know what to say” That is the worst service I’ve ever received from anyone here. I wasn’t offered any sort of apology or anything. Very disappointed with the way they handled this. Definitely not worth the $39 I spent.

Broadway Sub has officially won my heart—and my stomach! Their Chicken and Cuban sandwiches are nothing short of legendary. The chicken sandwich is juicy and perfectly seasoned, while the Cuban is a masterpiece of melty, savory goodness. It’s like they knew exactly what my taste buds needed before I did! And let’s not forget the fries—oh, the fries. These golden, crispy delights could probably bring world peace if shared on a large enough scale. They’re the kind of fries you fight over, even with your closest friends. If you’re looking for a meal that’ll have you humming with happiness (and maybe licking your fingers in public), Broadway Sub is the place to be. Trust me, your taste buds will thank you!

By far the Best Best place to eat if you want a sandwich/Sub. The philly cheesesteak is the best one ive ever had. The entire staff, from the lady in the front Ana, to the rest of the crew, amazing. Me and my friends always always get a warm welcome as soon as we walk in. We have been coming here for years. If you’re looking for a spot to eat, look no further.
