Room smelled like an awful floral plug in air freshener. Bathroom walls were dirty with brown water spots running down the walls.
Lamps and tables were smeared with a wax like film. Comforter had a rip in it. White sheets had stains on them. It was pretty nasty!
The rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. All important bathroom was clean but needed significant renovations. It took two hands and some real cranking to get the shower to expel the much desired warm water necessary for a comfortable shower. The bathroom was very small and the sink was outside of the bathroom. The staff was friendly. Most importantly, I didn't hear any noise from other guests while inside the room during the night.
Quiet, clean hotel with great service. All the front desk ladies were very nice. The room was clean and spacious, the bed was good. The TV was a little older but not too bad and the lounge chair was a little beat up. Breakfast was simple and closed at exactly 9 am.
The rooms and bathrooms are decent, good TVs. The carpets and floors throughout could use some renovation. The service accomodations communicating kindness and consideration could improve. Everything else is fine. Be careful not to miss the entrance! A great location!
..and beware of the Baymont Pirate lol ;)
The staff was friendly, the property was fairly clean, and it's in a good location for a day trip to Key West. Breakfast options were good, but the items could have been restocked better. The TV didn't have any local channels to watch local news. The washer and dryer worked well, saving us a trip to the laundromat. There was a guy in the parking lot at 1 in the morning sitting in a chair by my car talking to someone else, so I had to keep an eye on that. It worked for a couple of nights, but was probably time to move on beyond that.
