Louis Vento was exceptional in helping me not only book reservations, even last minute, but also ensuring that my club experience is exceptional while I am at the venue. Will definitely come back just because of how pleasant he is to deal with.

This used to be Gala, and is nice on the inside! I will say is if this place lasts past 2 years, I’ll be surprised. Also, when it comes to hiring staff, make sure you get a professional. The staff already has an interesting, inconsistent LOOK to them all, so for your manager and staff to discriminate against others, is hilarious. It’s always the unattractive people, that wouldn’t hire themselves or let inside the club, that are always trying to be critical, rude, and super picky. I’ve seen the type of staff you hire, and the blondes don’t even TRY, they look basic, flat hair, etc, while the other girls at least put effort into their hair, fake lashes, make up and fake lips. Get a better staff and stop letting a General Manager who can’t even reach a “beauty standard” that she’s enforcing, call the shots, and reject people based off of looks, SHE CAN’T even compete with on her best day! Nice venue and family though. New staff is needed expeditiously!

Very good experience. We have been working with bacara team and bring international talents to this place. Hospitality is on point. Everyone from the door to the dj booth are very nice. Talents love the club. Definitely one of the best night club in miami right now.

Bacara is an absolute gem! From the moment you step inside, its a vibrant atmosphere that pulses with energy. Stunning decor, state-of-the-art sound system and the DJs and artists are top-notch. Loved Jeremihs performance Wednesday!
