Let me make this short and sweet: The food here was pretty typical for any Arby’s (although we thought the meat on the roast beef was more minced than usual). The curly fries were delightful; they were crunchy and flavored perfectly. The seating area was nice, but nothing special. The food was served quickly, thankfully, and there were some cats/chickens next to the drive through!
First of all, the place was disgusting dirty. Food and debris all over the floor. A puddle of red liquid by the soda machine was left so long it had dried. Of the three people I saw "working" two were on their phones . The woman that waited on me was ridiculously rude, no eye contact, no reply when handing my drink cups or food, even tho I thanked her several times. It seems we were doing her a disservice for being customers. I kind of understand as she was the only one working. If you call it that. Immediately after I ate I had to run to the bathroom and expell the nasty food I just ate!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!! YOU'LL END UP SICK AS A DOG!!!!!
Food was good service could definitely be better.
No greeting , no smile, negative attitude just an unfriendly vibe.
It's fast food , I get it but no need to be rude and dismissive.
I'll be back but will just go through the drive through next time.
OMG. drive thru service and ALL the food was cold. and there was hardly any meat on the sandwiches....absolutely horrible. last time stopping here and it used to be a regular stop coming back into the Keys
Best Arby's in the USA. Cierra and Vernell are absolute sweethearts! This is the best place for a quick and yummy stop for food when traveling out of the keys.
