a week agoThe property is in a easy to access location right on US-1. The front desk staff were friendly. The property is nice but it is a dive resort not a resort resort. It has a little beach area and a heated pool. You can watch the sunset from the beach. The room was very nice and well appointed. Bathroom was roomy. As I find with most properties these days, the baseboards and corners are ridiculously filthy. I am just used to it and ignore it. The only complaint would be there was only a single USB charging port and it didn't work. All TV is streaming as well if that matters to you. Overall, I would say this is a good property even for non divers. We were on a motorcycle trip.

2 months agoAmoray Dive Resort is an incredible place to stay, especially for diving enthusiasts. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the pool is refreshing, and there are plenty of activities to enjoy. The scuba diving is the highlight—the crew is knowledgeable, fun, and ensures every dive is unforgettable. The excursions are well-planned, showcasing stunning underwater sights. Plus, the sunsets here are absolutely spectacular, adding a magical touch to the evenings. Whether you're an experienced diver or just looking for a relaxing escape, Amoray Dive Resort is a must-visit. Highly recommend!

a month agoThis was perfect for us (family of 4 plus 1). We needed somewhere less crowded, and access to the kayaks was great. We snorkeled off the docks and went to Christ of the Abyss. John Pennicamp state park was awesome, too. The pool was heated and a comfortable spot to catch up on some reading while watching new divers practice. Great sunsets, too.

4 months agoPerfect for a dive vacation! We spent a couple of days at the resort, did a refresher dive course at their diving center (including pool session + 2 dives). Super easy to book, all the staff are lovely and our instructor, Grace, was super experienced and knowledgeable. Of note, the diving center is super cool: all staff are incredibly helpful and environmentally conscious, and that is what they teach in their dives. They also partner with other centers and the coral restoration ICARE, which do beautiful work to keep the coral reefs safe. Overall our experience was 10/10. The only thing we might rate lower were the bicycles (not maintained properly plus no breaks!) and the beds/pillows (quite personal but they were too soft for our taste).

2 months agoPlace is great! Love to stay again for a dive and stay. All the staff were great and the dive guides & captains are gold! I will miss this place and it's staff. Only complaints: I canceled a dive due to heavy wind+swells, I don't want to dive a site where the currents are strong and the viz is low. They were happy to cancel but instead of giving my money back they gave me a voucher that expires if not used in two years. I live across the country and this voucher most likely will not be used. Even if I did use it, I would have to travel across the country just to do so! It's only $150.00. I spent thousands just to stay and dive here. They should refund their customers if they are not comfortable diving in really bad conditions. This is the reason for the 4 stars & the 2 star service review Once again the staff is great, the policy not very good.
