a month agoI had a good and pleasant experience in Studio 1 with teacher Mary. The class was suitable for all levels and the music in the room was pleasant and relaxing and the teacher corrected the students to get them to perform the exercise correctly. As soon as I left the class, I saw that the toilets and showers were very clean and pleasant and you could use amenities like deodorant, body lotion, hair elastics, and feminine hygiene products. Well done, they think about the little details. It's very nice to see.

a week agoIt's a lovely yoga studio! Wonderful instructors and great selection of classes. I love going in person but also there is the option of Livestream classes via Zoom when I can't get there. I really appreciate both!

2 months agoYoga1 Hollywood provides a welcoming and supportive environment for all levels of yogis, with knowledgeable and attentive teachers, who truly guide you through each pose, making you feel challenged yet comfortable throughout the class. The studio offers a variety of yoga classes, 7 days a week. The beautiful, clean space and calming atmosphere contribute to a truly transformative practice. I’m so grateful to be part of the Yoga1 community

2 months agoThe owner, receptionists, instructors, and students are all friendly. The atmosphere is comfortable and non-competitive--there are students at all ability and experience levels, The instructors are attentive and helpfully assist individuals with yoga poses during the class. The classrooms, bathrooms, and reception area are always very clean and tidy. My yoga skills are improving!

2 years agoShazias Friday evening yin candlelight yoga class is the BEST, such great way to end the work week❤️ expect long deep stretches, flickering candles all around, beautiful music. She offers plenty of pose options for different levels, she reads beautiful poetry and uplifting quotes, her music sets the perfect tone for a zen and rejuvenating vibe. A class to reinvigorate the body and mind✨ The studio is inviting, clean, and equipped with everything you need from bolsters, blocks, to blankets. A+++
