Wash Cycle

I’m honestly really disappointed in this place. I chose to come do my laundry here after I got off of a cruise, based on the great reviews. At first, the blonde older lady with the glasses was pleasant enough. I had asked to use the restroom to change out of the clothes I was wearing so I could wash them. She told me I could use the restroom after the next lady came out. I waited and must have missed her because eventually I asked to go to the bathroom again. The attendant said “you need to go to the bathroom again?” And I said “no, I haven’t been in yet. Do I need a key?” She said yes and gave me the key ring. I tried to explain that I waited and never saw anyone exit earlier. I told her and a couple ladies that I’d never been to a laundromat and wasn’t sure what to do. The attendant directed me to a row of machines to use and said she would help me pay with card if I wasn’t using cash. I figured out how to pay via the app and started a load of laundry, so maybe because I didn’t ask her for help is why she didn’t see me doing anything besides sitting. I ran my wash twice and read my book while I waited. Eventually I threw my laundry into the dryer and sat back down to read my book. I was drinking my water as I was reading, so eventually I had to use the restroom. I got up to go and the lady told me I couldn’t use the restroom because I was just sitting there and not doing anything. I told her my clothes were in the dryer. But she was incredibly rude and told me that she had been “watching me” and that I haven’t used any of the machines. She was unnecessarily rude. A different approach could’ve gone a long way, considering I had in fact used the washer and dryer! Puts a bad taste in your mouth as someone from out of town.

I been coming too this laundry mat since early 2000’s and always enjoy seeing patty After the old owner sold it, I still visit too see old faces . Patty Emanuello is only reason I continue come back I always recommend this place to everyone that needs to do laundry 🧺 done outside their home and always tell them to say hi to my friend Patty Patty is very hard-working always staying busy and multitasking. When Patty is not folding laundry, she cleaning wiping things down. Patty is always doing something out of her job description. As I always tell her, I only see you doing these other projects inside this laundromat and you do make this laundromat look good. Kudos to Patty she deserves all recognition !

I’ve been doing laundry here for over 6 years and I love it. I’ve moved to Ft Lauderdale and I still come down here to do my laundry. Machines work great. Never had a problem.
