Sheets gets tangled in the door of their dryer, gets filthy and ripped up and they try to pin the blame on me for leaving the sheets drying unattended for 3 hours, something I'm sure most have done thousands of times as I have. I was too nice to them compared to how the clerk spoke to me.
Instead of admitting to having faulty dryers they reprimand me for not watching it closely. Unbelievable.
Despite some language challenges, the staff at the laundry were quite friendly and very helpful. I could wash my clothes and dry them at ease. Very economical for wash and drying clothes. $2.25 for a wash and $0.25 for 8 min dryer use. You can use the dryer for as much time required and pay appropriate quarters.
The woman that works there, I don't know her name but has black hair,black glasses, Hispanic female has a really nasty attitude. At 6pm she starts cleaning the place where you as a customer has to be moving around all over the place . You can't even get to your clothes some times if she's moping your area where your washing machine is located.the last wash is at 6pm. If you get there at 6pm on the dot she give you attitude. What bothers me the most is you as a customer is trying to wash and she's mopping the floor at 6pm. What ever, if I slip and fall that would be a great law sue because she doesn't even bother puting up wet floor signs.

2 years agoHas wifi, $3 per wash, can buy detergent, $0.25/8min dryer Owners do not speak English, but they are very helpful. Place and machines are very clean
