My lease was up about 2 weeks before finding this place. They worked fast and got me and my husband and daughter and our unborn daughter approved within a week. I'm so grateful. Brenda worked fast and responded via email very quickly. We really appreciate the help. Thanks again!! I'll be bringing my newborn baby into a new home!

Worst property management experience in my life! The manager Lindsay Canas, in specific Administrative Assistant completely NON-EXISTENT when it comes to communicating with residents. She doesn't answer calls, she doesn't answer emails, she doesn't even seem interested in doing her job. They have placed multiple tickets on my property without warning, and when I try to contact them to resolve the situation, it's like I'm talking to a wall. It's impossible to get an answer! The lack of professionalism is astonishing. Not only do they ignore residents, but they make any procedure a never-ending nightmare. It is an absolute disgrace that this person is in charge of managing properties. If I could give zero stars, I would. NOT RECOMMENDED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!
Lydia Soto at Vesta Property Services was wonderful to work with. We had a very complicated problem, and Lydia was patient to listen and knowledgeable on how to help. We are so appreciative for Lydia’s kindness to work out the problem with us and see our issue through to the end, when no one else knew what to do. Thank you so much, Lydia! Vesta Properties is fortunate to have you on their team, and you represent them as a top-notch professional.
They are TERRIBLE in Miami. You call, no answer. The message says leave a voicemail, but then there is no active voicemail. The message also says to email them, but no one ever responds to emails. They are the most apathetic business I've ever come in contact with. I get that it must be a hard job, but property management requires a high level of problem solving skills. If you can't do that job, why work there or offer that service. #confused
