The managing staff at United Property Management has extremely poor communication, time management, and severe lack of efficiency. Combined with their poor customer service, it’s makes it really frustrating when trying to work with them on important issues. Our car was stolen from Royalton on the Green on Tuesday, August 13, 2024 and none of the staff has expressed any urgency or empathy towards helping one of their residents of almost 4 years. We’re good people, take care of our apartment and have never paid our rent late. Having your car stolen is already enough of a traumatic experience, but when you couple that with condescending attitudes coming from managers who are supposed to help you, who instead are making you feel like you’re a burden on them for requesting their help on an important matter like a stolen vehicle. Karen made this unpleasant experience even more frustrating than it already is.
Absolutely atrocious customer service. They will disregard whatever concerns/complaints suits them. The staff is extremely low class. The true Miami definition of a GHETTO management company. Continue at your own risk.
Horrible company. Their staff does absolutely nothing. I talked to the property Manager in my building and also maintenance to come check the flooring on my apartment since whoever installed it did a bad job and old tile is poking through the vinyl. The engineering manager didn’t come check. Motorcycle was stolen from me years ago and they never gave police the footage. I am well within the statute of limitations to seek legal actions against your company. Which has incompetent staff
That doesn’t do anything. Come to find out, more than one person has had their motorcycle stolen, enough to start a class action lawsuit for purposely mismanaging the claims to save the building’s butt.
I have lived here for 4 years and I don't have any complaints about my apartment ( I give it a 5 star) the two issues I had was immediately taken care of nor do I have any complaints about the property(I give it a 5 star also) the maintenance staff goes over and beyond to keep this place up and I personally don't feel they get enough credit. My only complaint is about the manager and the lies, deceitful ways business is handle. I would had recommended anyone here before, now I would only after the managerial staff is replace. I believe ANYONE and EVERYONE deserves to be treated with honesty and integrity, it doesn't matter who you are. Especially where you lay your head and pay your rent. A person in a position of manager shouldn't be bias, play favoritism nor threaten any tenant. And although he apologized, it shouldn't NEVER had happen in the first place. United Property Management is a great place to live, but unfortunately I will be leaving when my lease is up. Keep in mind my experience is my own, but still right now today 4 months later I'm still waiting for them to right their wrong.
Money Hungry Inconsiderate Selfish Corporation! The people at the top for this company practice selfish acts not caring for the residents in their communities. I can speak on multiple things but I want to speak on the fact that these people will file an eviction on your name for being 6 days late for a remaining balance of $600 on a $2200 unit.Not like they’re not already overpricing for units with white appliances (very ghetto) charging luxury prices and constantly raising the rent in the name of inflation ha. If you are someone who never have a issue in your life you’re ok . If you sometimes have to pay a bill late do not move here they will attempt to evict you immediately after being late.
