I just went to the cleaners located in Miami, Florida. I had been using this facility for several years when it had a different name and was privately owned. I am giving a 2 star because of their outrageous prices. I think as a company you should be aware of where your facility is locate. This is a middle class neighborhood and your prices are comparable to a different social economic class. If you want to survive in this location lower your prices. I advised the front desk lady that their prices were outrageous and she basically blamed the company. I advised her that I have been a customer for several years when it was owned by another company. And she became defensive basically telling me that she had not seen me in a long time. I told her that I didn't need their services prior to today.
I am not sure but I don't think I'm going to bring my dry cleaning to this facility.
Good luck surviving as a luxury business with your prices and our present economy.
I had multiple clothing alterations done by Nelcy, and I highly recommend her and this place! She was extremely professional, did exactly what I asked for, and made my clothes fit me perfectly. Nelcy was very nice, and I truly appreciate all of her help. I also had a few items cleaned, and they came out beautifully. Thank you Nelcy and T cleaners!
I have been using this cleaners for my dry cleaning since they opened their doors a couple of years ago. A week ago I left a pair of linen pants to hem and dry clean. I didn't do price comparison with other cleaners in the area. Big mistake.
However, I couldn't have imagine that they were going to charge $31.15 just to hem the pants. The reason given for their outrageous price was that the pants were lined and they hand to hem basically two pants. However, I went to another cleaners in Coral Gables and their price for the same service is between $18-$20. I'm very disappointed because I feel I was taken advantage. They didn't even take into consideration that I'm a regular customer that brings clothes to dry clean at least once a month. I guess they are using the same code that a lot of service people are using nowadays. Overcharge for their services which leads to customer disatisfaction and no return business. I guess the motto is to eat well one time but then they will starve the rest of the time. I'm not bringing any more alterations to them. And Im going to compare prices for the dry cleaning because they just increased their prices. Shame that customer loyalty does not count anymore.
