2 months agoI first enjoyed Faena Hotel’s Living Room about 10 years ago. Today, it’s still among Miami’s most elegant lounges. The live music is well curated, service excellent, and lavish plush interiors a joy to indulge in. Lewis, the doorman at Faena, sets the tone with a warm smile from the very beginning. Looking forward to returning again later this week.

4 months agoFirst time i have ever waited in line to enter. I know, entitled. Once my friend and i reached the front we were asked to move aside ? Stating we wanted to get a few drink at the bar the hostess said "it's 100$ per person at the bar, so that would be 200$" I said "no problem? Thats a drink." She then asked for my credit card to enter LOL. As I started to reach into my Hermes purse- I paused, giggled and walked away. No one gave their card prior to going in and the cheaply dressed women in front of us asked if they played salsa because they came to dance .... Two weeks prior when i stopped in to get a drink at the bar with a friend the clientele was comical. Of them a bachelor party of girls crowding the bar asking for waters and the only girl who did order a drink sampled not champagne but 'sparkling wines'. I don't recall the hostess name. Brown blonde longer hair. Certainly can't read a room. Based off other reviews seems like I'm not the only one. Taking The Living Room at the Faena off rotation until further notice

11 months agoI recently had the pleasure of visiting The Living Room and was thoroughly impressed by the experience. From the chic ambiance to the expertly crafted cocktails, every aspect exceeded my expectations. However, what truly made my visit memorable was the exceptional service provided by Karen, one of the bartenders. Her expertise in mixology was evident in every drink she prepared, each one a perfect balance of flavors and presentation. Not only was she skilled behind the bar, but Karen also had a warm and welcoming demeanor that added to the overall atmosphere of the lounge. Her attention to detail and genuine passion for her craft truly enhanced my evening. I would highly recommend The Living Room to anyone looking for a sophisticated and enjoyable night out, with Karen's talents as an added bonus. The live music was the cherry on top.

3 months agoGreat Ambiance, Confusing Pricing at The Living Room. I recently visited “the living room” and loved the vibrant ambiance and great music—it set the perfect mood for the evening. However, I was taken aback by the drink pricing. Without a drink menu, I was charged $50 for a regular cocktail, only to find out later that another bartender was charging $35 for the same drink. This inconsistency was confusing and felt like I was being overcharged. While I enjoyed the overall experience, the lack of transparency with drink prices is a significant drawback. I hope they consider providing a menu to enhance the customer experience. Until then, I’m hesitant to return.
