I had a fantastic experience with The Dry Cleaning Factory! They also do alterations! I brought in some clothes for alterations, and they did an exceptional job. The stitching was flawless, and the fit was perfect. The staff was friendly, professional, and really paid attention to detail. It’s clear they take pride in their work. I’ll definitely be returning for future tailoring and dry cleaning needs. Highly recommend!
Disappointing Experience Despite My Patience and Respect.
As someone with firsthand experience in the dry-cleaning industry—my family owned Paglieris Dry Cleaners back in the 90's with three locations serving Cocoplum, Miller, and the Miami area—I understand the challenges small businesses face and the importance of treating customers and their property with respect. Unfortunately, The Dry Cleaning Factory falls far short of that standard.
When they damaged my $700 tailored suit during their cleaning process, I exercised patience and gave them ample time (9 months from April to December 2024) to address the issue because I respect what it takes to run a small business. However, despite providing clear documentation and following up through multiple channels, they refused to take responsibility or offer any resolution. This wasn’t an isolated incident, as they had previously damaged my wife’s dress as well.
In my family’s business, we took full responsibility for any errors, compensating customers fairly and promptly as a way to honor their trust and demonstrate respect. It’s disappointing that The Dry Cleaning Factory did not uphold these same values.
If you value your clothing and want to support businesses that respect their customers, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. Patience and understanding shouldn’t be met with disregard.
They ruined two of my nicest clothing items—a linen polo and a linen t-shirt. Both shrunk and were completely ruined. When I called to inform them, the woman who answered was completely unhelpful and offered little to no assistance. If you have nice clothes, you're better off washing them yourself by the Miami River.
I sent a leather and a suede jacket to the Dry Cleaning Factory and I was extremely pleased with how well they were professionally cleaned. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and even took the jackets to FedEx to ship them back to me. Excellent customer service!
I had several of my custom suits and Designer clothing, dry, clean by this company, They destroyed over $10,000 worth of custom Suits and clothing I would advise anyone with any value in their closing to choose a different option, the owner of the manager were absolutely horrible and handling the situation, they offered me no resolution.
This is absolutely one of the worst dry cleaning companies in Miami/Florida
