6 months agoI cannot begin to express how utterly disappointed I am with **T&G Management Services, Inc.** as the company managing our condominium. They have failed on every front and are nothing short of incompetent in handling even the most basic responsibilities. **Communication? Nonexistent.** Reaching out to them is an exercise in frustration. They ignore emails, fail to return calls, and show absolutely no urgency in addressing concerns. When they do respond, it's with vague answers or empty promises that never materialize into any real action. **Maintenance? Laughable.** Our common areas are in a constant state of neglect. Trash piles up, landscaping is unkempt, and repairs that have been reported for months are either ignored or “bandaged” with cheap, temporary fixes. The building has become an eyesore due to their sheer neglect and lack of effort. **Financial Management? A disaster.** They’ve proven completely incapable of managing the condominium’s finances. Inaccurate invoices, late fees applied for no reason, and unexplained budget shortfalls are regular occurrences. It's clear they have no transparency or accountability in how they handle our funds. **Professionalism? Nonexistent.** Dealing with the staff is infuriating. They’re rude, dismissive, and act as if they’re doing us a favor by simply doing their job. On multiple occasions, we’ve had to escalate issues to higher management, only to be met with the same level of unprofessionalism. In short, **T&G Management Services, Inc.** is running our condominium into the ground. Their negligence, lack of communication, and unprofessionalism have made living here a nightmare. If you’re considering hiring them, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. This company will only bring frustration, disappointment, and endless headaches.

2 months agoIf i could leave zero stars i would. The HOA is just extremely unprofessional. It is honestly frustrating how they abuse their power . James Popadak who act as the property manager/ LCAM. Is condescending and extremely unprofessional. It takes weeks to months to get a response. Homeowners receive violations and then once compliance is met it still takes months for them to be closed out. Even though violations give you 30 days to comply. It’s unethical how James and HOA members abuse their authority and lack communication skills.

8 months agoI really hate to leave a bad review, but I moved out of the association they managed and was approved for my security deposit refund. After multiple emails, unreturned voicemails, and no communication, I received word that the association is under new management, so now I have to start the process over again.

12 months agoWhile finances may be handled well, the maintenance in our development, at the Villas of Rolling Hills, is awful. Lawn people don't come often enough, palm leaves always fill our streets, leaves from overgrown trees, they won't allow you to trim, even at your own expense, are out of control. You're not allowed to plant plants to beautify the front/back of your house. They don't mulch, and don't allow you to mulch. The pool is always dirty. If you call mgmt and leave a message no one calls you back. Just like every typical HOA I guess, because I hear complaints everywhere.
