Swizzle Rum Bar & Drinkery

A bar owned by bartenders, what can I say? This place was right up my alley from the second I heard about it. Finding it was the first part of the experience (ignore the restaurant in the hotel and walk through the lobby and down the stairs) the service and ambience were exceptional. Music was great, and the rum drinks were even better! My new favorite bar in Miami. 10/10 recommend.

I was at Swizzle Rum & Drinkery and I loved the experience. It was my first time at this speakeasy, and liked everything from it : the vibes, the music, the service and of course the well-crafted cocktails. I started with their Mamey Swizzle where you get the best from two worlds, rum and mezcal. It was great. Then, there was a couple next to me and I saw they had a red drink that caught my attention and of course I wanted to try it. The drink was called "Bésame Mucho", and it was also rum and mezcal, but better than my previous one. I can see this place becoming one of my go-to bars in town.

This place was really cool! To compare these bartenders to regular bartenders is like comparing cooks to chefs. These folks took such care and consideration with each drink, it was delicious and very impressive. PS: We went for our third time this evening and had a fantastic time. We've now tried 6 or 8 drinks and all have been amazing. The Sip Bite Sip is probably my favorite, super unique with complex flavors, Veronica's was the Gaucho and Hurricane. We recommend any of them.

Amazing bartenders and friendly staff. The drinks are very balanced and craft made. The service and drinks here are top tier. The bartender was very attentive and made sure I was taken care of every moment of my presence. Coming from a food and cocktail connoisseur, I am definitely impressed. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently visited this amazing rum bar speakeasy and had a fantastic experience! Despite their usual dress code, they kindly allowed me to enter wearing sandals, which I greatly appreciated. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, perfect for a night out. The highlight of my visit was the bartender. When I inquired about cocktails, they generously provided me with a courtesy bottle of an Old Fashioned mixer. It was absolutely delicious! The staff here are great people, very friendly and accommodating. Overall, this place is a hidden gem with excellent service and a wonderful vibe. Highly recommend!
