Terrible service. I dropped off two suits for dry cleaning, one black and the other blue. This cleaner did absolutely nothing. Both suits were in the exact condition I left them in. It looks like they washed the black jacket, which is still wrinkled. The blue suit pants and jacket had the same spots and are full of lint. The manager-owner, Dayrene told me was impossible to receive a full refund.
They destroyed my clothes, gave it back to me all stained looking that bleach was on my clothes (spots with no color), the answer i received was that it took me more than 30 days to claims this. My clothes were still in the nylon they gave it to me, just i did not wear them within 30 days. dry clean yellow stickers were still on the clothes. personally never back there again and not recommended at all. Very unprofessional and no respect to customers at all.
Never, ever come to this place. It is a complete rip-off. I dropped off a dress for a tiny bit of hemming. They charged me $68. The service was more than the darn dress. I'm so horrified.These people are sickening!!!
