When I lived in Florida Roy was really easy to work with there where some issues in the house and as I work in property management the delay in repairs was not his fault waiting on home owner approval. He knew how much I liked the condo he rented me and was quick to approve me on the condo and get me all the HOA information. If I moved back to the area I will be reaching out to Roy to get me into a new place I wish when I first moved there I was in contact with Roy to find me a place.
Landlords Beware - On several occassions, I had to handle the repairs myself because the owner, Roy Fernandez, could not get along with our tenant of 10 years. I would never hire him again as he did not manage the unit well. He has a horrible attitude, is frequenlty rude, and is not a man of his word. There are better, more reputable companies than this one.
Just sit back and let them take care of the rest. No more headache tenants. This company does it all. They respond quickly and are very reliable. You will not be disappointed.
