River Landing Dry Cleaners and Tailors

This place had weird vibes - the man and woman working there were getting into an argument in front of me while I was waiting to get my items dry cleaned and tailored. Awkward. I had to wait about 10 min for the tailor to get there and the tailor was very nice, but unfortunately 2 of the 3 items did not fit like I was expecting and were much thinner than when she pinned them at the store. I also think they overcharged me (prices listed below). They typed my phone number in wrong, so I never received any text notifications that my items were done. I ended up getting my items back 1 week after dropping them off. When I was on the phone calling to ask when I could pick up my items, the guy put me on hold and then forgot about me for about 10 minutes, so I had to call back again and remind him to answer if my items were ready for pickup. When I arrived, I overheard another client who was showing her slip that said it was ready for pickup yesterday, but the guy working there said you could only pickup once you received the text. The sign on the door says they've been in business for 40 years, but it feels more like 40 minutes. Yikes. For pricing: -The dress shirt I had brought in on the sides, back, and sleeves cost $45 (smaller now than when I was getting it tailored, cannot wear). -The tank tops that I had brought in on the sides cost $35 each. One is smaller now than when I was getting it tailored and cannot wear, the other one fits correctly.

Old school dry cleaning quality and service. I usually dread getting clothing dry cleaned as the garments don’t always come back quite looking or feeling the same … but, not here! Truly outstanding end results. It is really by far one of the best dry cleaners I have ever gone to. More than 5 stars!

Please do not take your clothes here for care. It’s absolutely disappointing to receive my clothes back, that are extremely expensive with THICK needle clips in them!!!! I have never seen this. I am so upset, I love my two sets that I sent in for care and that I spent a lot of money for these pieces for them to get returned with a bunch of holes in them. Please DO NOT take your expensive things here. They do not know about high end clearly. My Camila calho set is ruined! $200 dollar outfit with double holes everywhere.

I recently visited this place to get my designer jacket tailored. Carola and Ileana, the tailor, did an amazing job and they were super fast! Thanks so much for taking care of me!

Howard is the best! Super accommodating when I came in to get my linen pants hemmed. So affordable and he had it ready for pick up the very next day. Even stayed a little late after closing so I could grab it.
