Be ware, if you see an RPM listing on Rently or Trulia, do not even bother. I have called the 888 number multiple times, trying to get a hold of someone to get more information on their listings that say “available” and I always get their automated messages. I have even sent emails to the email address provided to follow up on the status of my application and nothing.
I also looked them up on Google and called their local 305 number, tried 104 to get a hold of Lisa (sp?), and she never answers the phone. And good luck pressing zero to reach anyone at all, you will be asked to leave a message and you will not get a call back ever!
So, I took the time to read up all the reviews and is the same across the board. Their customer service is nonexistent. Don’t bother paying the application fee, they will gladly take your money but you will never hear from them, not with a follow up call, not even an auto reply email to let you know they are reviewing it and will get back to you at some point.
I’m glad I read up on the reviews, because no one wants to rent from a management company with such terrible reputation. Too bad they took my money, but glad I know now before I got into a year commitment with them, phew!
The young lady who’s number is listed under a property I was interested in is super unprofessional and unpleasant. I contacted her in early March she said she had two potential renters for the property and if they didn’t go through she would let me know. I waited a few weeks and texted her for an update. She never got back to me. Fast forward to today I checked online and the property is still listed so I called her. Of course she did not answer. I text her and she replied that the property is no longer listed. I asked why it’s still online if it’s not available to which she did not reply. At this point I wouldn’t even want to work with her or the company she represents. It’s giving amateur and incompetent. If I could give zero stars I would. Hell look at their current rating 2.1 out of 5. 10/10 would not recommend. I suggest she be trained on her customer service etiquette.
Run!! They will rob you! Liza the property manager is trash and she is a liar , does not do her job and then pretends she doesn’t receive emails. she will do anything to keep your deposit. This company has no shame
I personally had a great experience with both Juliana and Yolin! They were incredibly attentive and responsive to all my calls and text messages. One of the better management companies I've worked with in the south Florida area. They have truly helped and made the process extremely smooth or me and my clients. Hope to work with them again in the near future!
