June 6 2022 I visited rainbow enjoying the moment spending time with my daughter and I have never went to a store feeling so insulted, humiliated by the manager named impara accusing my 11 year old daughter of stealing lip gloss. The manager walked up to my daughter and told her were was all 4 lipgloss which my daughter showed her 3, but the manager continued to say she took four. My daughter explained to the lady she had put one back. But the manager said she seen her on Camara which was a lie trying to prove a point thinking she had placed it in her bag. I looked at the lady and told her to look better she had a dress with no pockets and a bag that I was going to buy from the store. I told her the bag was not hers yet which I was going to buy. I opened it for her to see but continued trying to accuse her and walked away. As a mother and a customer that shops a rainbow never felt so hurt and humiliated. To the point my daughter felt so traumatized and scared for doing nothing wrong. I ask to speak with corporate to speak to someone about this ladies action. She does not know how to run rainbow and more how to manage, or make a client that is spending there money at your business. Please correct this.
The skinny young lady there was such a great help. She helped me out getting two beautiful outfits for my daughter and she is in love with her cloth. Went there two years ago and didn't get this kind of help so I hope you guys see how great she is with customer service and don't ever get rid of her. Going back pretty soon and hopefully she's still working there.
Cash register is slow and just let people skip you when they know you were there first.This sucks I was about to just leave my stuff. But over all it’s just the people that shop here that are rude but it was the register to but not as bad as the customers .
Very overcrowded with clothes misplaced everywhere. I had picked up pants from the three dollar rack and they had multiple pants not just one or two pairs, when there was time to ring up they said it was five bucks and were not willing to honor the price even after they checked and saw the pants on the three dollar rack. I also picked up a shirt from the plus section on the three dollar rack marked with a three dollar price tag. This was the only shirt I could find but it was clearly marked with a three, the associate actually started to peel off the sticker and said "sorry it's regular price". Will not be back and will let people know to go to any other store.
Lots of low-priced, trendy clothes for juniors and plus sizes. The racks are crammed with clothes and very close together. It is difficult to look through the racks. It needs better organization and a bigger space. Not very accessible for the physically disabled to navigate.
