The Petco experience was fantastic from beginning to end. The app and website made it easy to book a grooming appointment. I was able to provide many details about my senior dog because the website is very thorough. Once I took my dog in, the stylist asked more questions, which I was happy to answer. I felt my dog was in good hands. My dog's hair was long and matted, so he needed extra TLC. Despite that, Petco called about 2 hours later to inform me they had completed Bob's grooming. When I picked him up the stylist told me Bob behaved well and gave him no problems. Bob's face and body looked great! Antony, the stylist, was great! The cost was a bit higher than I expected, but I was very pleased with the results and so was Bob. I'll definitely bring him to Petco again for grooming.
I made an appointment for one of my dogs for today, 12-21-2024 at 12 pm. When I arrived to the place there was three person in the grooming area. Both saw me and nobody came to ask me if I need something or if have an appointment. I was waiting for 5 minutes. My husband made a signal on the windows glass to one of the person and they just ignored him. I decide to leave the place
Today I took my dog to get a bath and to get all the hair that was falling out removed. I bought a package for $120 dollars on the website and they did a horrible job. The dog looked just as dirty and I had to go back because they didn't even cut his hair and the employee Antony was rude and got angry because I came back asking them to improve the job a little and he was very rude as if it was my fault that they didn't clean my dog properly. If you pay I think we deserve a little consideration and that they take responsibility for what they do. It's a shame that this time I had a horrible experience.
Took my medium sized pup here for a grooming. They insist on putting add ons and prices have been changed too which I was told after he was done. I basically paid 100$ for a normal groom. It was not like this before. Definitely over priced here now. Won’t be coming again.
Came in with my 4 month old puppy for a grooming and haircut. I told the lady about my puppy’s cherry eye and how nothing can get in it nor around it because it will get irritated and bother my puppy. I gave instructions on what I wanted done on her. She told me my puppy would be ready in around 3-4 hours. I was a bit shocked but since it was my first time there for a grooming and haircut so i accepted it. After 3 hours i came to pick up my puppy and she looked the same as when i left her. The only difference was that she was blow dried looking like a cotton ball. Her private part area was not shaved down like how i was told. Her body fur was not cut down. Her leg fur was not cut down either. She’s a puppy and when she pees her fur gets dirty so i explained when i left her to please cut her leg fur so its not long enough to get dirty. Nothing I wanted was done. Her cherry eye was very red and popping out than how she had it when I left her. She was severely thirsty and anxious. For the price and results I will not be returning. I will advise others to not come.
