The ladies that run this shop are fantastic. Great at alterations and friendly. I recommend this spot if you’re looking for a new tailor and dry cleaner.
STAY AWAY! If I could give this place zero stars I would because of how they treat their loyal customers. I have been a customer of this establishment for over five years and have never had a problem with them up until they lost my $1900 tuxedo. After the manager Mercedes acknowledged that they lost the tuxedo after nearly 2 weeks of not delivering it to my house, they offered to pay me $500 for a tuxedo that cost nearly $2000. They claim their insurance would not cover the claim and that they did not have the ability to reimburse me the cost of my item because they do not make enough money. I understand that things happen but the fact that you lost my expensive garment and don’t even have the decency to pay me the money that I personally lost and only offer me a fraction of the cost is absolutely disgraceful. If you or your insurance is not adequate enough to cover lost or damaged merchandise from your own customers then you should not be in business in the first place. After fighting with this store for nearly a week now about being reimbursed for my lost item, they just sent me a message and said they are no longer willing to pay me anything because I would not accept the $500 offer. This is not a negotiation, you lost my item and you are responsible for replacing it. When they realized they lost the item they even acknowledged via text that they would reimburse me but it was only when they found out how expensive the item was that they could not cover the entire amount. It is not my problem that you cannot afford to cover an expensive item and it is not my problem that it was lost and you expect me to eat the money. This business is an absolute disgrace
Terrible!!!!!
I wear the same brand of dress shirt every day. ($200) They returned 15 shirts and the next day send one single shirt back. It has rips all over my shirt. I called to ask what they planned to do about their mistake. I was told the shirt was too thin and had been processed too many times???? The shirt is less than a year old. And what about the 50 other shirts i have that are 2 years old+ I have never heard of something so ridiculous.
Stay away from this place. I've learmed my lesson and will never give them my business or recommend them to anyone else.

Stopped here to get a suit jacket cleaned, had a coffee stain. First time at a dry-cleaners. The language barrier was fine until AFTER I paid, she said pick up is Tuesday (I feel like she should have asked if that was okay before charging my card). It’s Thursday and I’m leaving Sunday. I asked if they could do any sooner and she kept saying “impossible”. So I just asked for my jacket back and a refund - and she told me SHE DOESN’T KNOW HOW. What? In a rush so I just took my jacket and left, short $12. Didn’t attempt to just pay me back in cash, outrageous business practice.
Really bad service, I went to wash my clothes, several of them had stains and the lady told me that they could be removed, when I went to pick up the clothes the stains were still the same and her answer was that washing is dry and they did not come off, after I asked before If they could be removed and they told me yes, now they don't respond to me and I lost my money, very bad experience with them, don't recommend anyone to go there
