PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE WEAR GLOVES when preparing food!!!! The food is 10/10, the service is friendly 10/10 BUT my only issue is that the people handling the food don’t wear disposable gloves and sometimes the food is touched accidentally by their hands. This place COULD be 5 stars but without that policy in place, I can’t give it the rating they deserve
After my failed emergency dentist appointment. I walked over to Panda Express. I ordered the plate of firecracker shrimp, teriyaki chicken, a mix of undone noodles and dry fried rice with a watermelon mango lemonade. I couldn’t really eat the noodles and rice which turned me off from the whole plate but I will say for people who enjoy spicy food the shrimp was the best ( vegetables were not cooked well still hard)and the teriyaki chicken (make sure you ask for the sauce packet because they stoped putting it on the chicken). The lemonade was refreshing for a hot day. Over all I just picked the meat out of it. I don’t know too much about them having bad service since they are in a high traffic area with several other fast food restaurants. Fridays must not be a good day in this area to come and do anything like feed yourself walk into a nail salon or go yo the dentist one hell of a way to spend a day
The food quality here is pretty standard—what you’d expect from any Panda Express; dishes are consistent. The service is also decent, and is friendly.
Important Note for MILITARY MEMBERS & VETERANS: This location no longer offers the standard military discount, which is disappointing if you’re used to receiving that recognition at other locations. It’s worth keeping in mind when deciding where to eat.
Super busy, they were low on two entrees when I ordered and they cooked more so mine was hot of the wok (and they waited to dish all my orders so that nothing just sat waiting). Staff was pleasant and very efficient. It helped that they were well staffed to handle the load, still there was a line and online orders spooling the whole time.
Ordered Uber Eats from here on 10/17 and was sooo disappointed in the food received and what a waste of money. Ordered 2 plates of food - plate #1 Chow Mein was under cooked and not cooked thoroughly. Unable to eat it and ordered the double as 2 sides. Plate #2 Super Greens were old and Broccoli brown. Hard earned money wasted. They really need to do better and not serve people food like this.
