They have hired a roofing company that has made our roof a leaking disaster. I personally never had reported a leak to the association because I never had any leaks in 20 yrs. However, after these so called professionals started drilling, scraping, etc., on our roof the roof is now leaking terribly and pieces of my roof and falling. This is the worst management company anyone can hire. If you doubt this review, please come visit our bldg and speak to some of our owners and tenants who are highly upset with their services. Not only do they brush you off when you call them, but they also dont respond to the emergency line which they have. I would never consider them for my condominium again. Very dissapointed and disgusted. I will have to contact the county to evaluate this awful situation.

Without a doubt I had great experience with P and M Management. Finding a good property management company is not easy and after having terrible experiences with others I was very pleased to meet them. Professional service, always ready to respond immediately to any need you may have and made my property sale process easy with no delays obtaining the documentation needed on time, The service during many years without worry, honesty and loyalty always first. This company provides the most caring and personal service you will ever get. They treat everyone with respect and attend to their needs immediately. I have had the pleasure of working with P&M for over 20 years. They are easy to reach and whatever the problem; it is taken care of immediately and professionally. As a Realtor, whenever I need an Approval, it is done right of way. Not like most companies that have no regards for the homeowner's needs when renting or selling. As a realtor I deal with a lot of associations, but this one is far the best I have ever dealt with. Immediate response to phone calls, very pleasant employees who are always there to help you and go beyond!!!! I truly wished I only had to deal with (P & M) Douglas Residence Condominium Association for all my condo sales!!!!
