Terrible place. They ruined my Emilio Pucci dress, charged me, and never even mentioned the damage when they gave it back. I’ll add photos. I wouldn’t recommend this place and I’m never going back.
Clients beware - if you have a pricey article of clothing (my boyfriends custom blazer in my case), just don't come here.
These people completely butchered the blazer. I asked for dry cleaning, and they ended up washing, drying & ironing the blazer. Better yet, they don't do any cleaning there. They send out all of the clothes to another business to have them do all of the work - so they really don't take any responsibility for what happened. The lady then said 'they should follow all instructions on the tag for the blazer'. This was a hand crafted suit - so there is no such tag on it.
She also claimed dry cleaning requires putting the garments in a washing machine... I'll let the reader decide if this is true or false.
The blazer material is wool on the outside and a secondary material on the inside. So, during the process of putting the clothes in the dryer and/or ironing, they shrunk the wool material. The result makes the inside look baggy, and the outside looks warped. The lady on the phone had the audacity to tell me that with time, the material would stretch... I dont know much about fabric, but i do know that wool over time does not stretch like she claimed.
The ironing process also caused the material to feel rough (as if it got burnt). An irreversible type of damage on a piece that I purchased in November.
I went to another business to get a consultation/opinion in what I should do. The minute i walked in with the blazer, the lady was completely appalled and pointed out a lot of inconsistencies and defects that I didn't notice before (strong and cheap fabric detergent smell, the rough feeling, the aparent shrinkage - I only noticed the shrinkage on the hands part but they opened up the inside and showed me the other parts). She thought I tried cleaning the blazer, she couldn't believe I went somewhere else for the dry cleaning.
They refused to work with the garment and recommended that I get it refitted AND hope there is enough material for them to work with. This other business also said they can make it slightly better(by redoing the dey cleaning and removing a few marks), but the garment is damaged that I won't have the same quality or it won't ever be 100% perfect.
I will update my review when I go back to the original place that I purchased the blazer at to see if it's possible to get it refitted. I most likely would have to dish out another $600+ on a custom top part because I'm unsure there is enough material to work with.
This is my go to cleaners for everything. Always have my clothes ready on time and very friendly service! I’ve had some really difficult things to clean and they have performed miracles on my stained clothes. The staff is very courteous and my kids enjoy going with me to see them. I have had some alterations done and everything was fitted perfectly too. I have tried some other places but no one comes close to this shop in Doral.
This place is terrible, an absolute mess. They tell you one day and they deliver everything late. The ladies working the counters have a terrible attitude and the guy who does their dry cleaning delivery is a total slob, what a bad company to subcontract. There service is terrible.

2 weeks agoAwful service, they show improper knowledge of dry cleaning. I sometimes even doubt they’re cleaning the item. Beware of this place. 0/5 stars
