If I could give this place a zero-star rating, I would because the manager covers for all of her employees' mistakes, she is extremely incompetent, the laundry is frequently a mess, and the floors look awful. The owner should really consider having the floors repainted. The staff is also extremely rude, and one employee even operates her own car wash outside the establishment, which is completely unprofessional.
Laundromat was very clean. The place is big with a lot of machines. An other plus, there are two employees on duty (Albaluz and Sophia) and lots of parking.
Super crowded on Saturday. Big parking lot. Close to Everglades. Handicap accessible. Plenty of carts and machines for 30 40. 60. And 80 lbs of laundry. Drop off service. Staffed well. Very clean. Prices average for area.
Snowbirds. Visited this place two years ago and liked doing our laundry here. Came back 2024 and was trying to find it again! Took a couple laundromats but found it. We felt safe and our laundry was clean and dried without complaint
The only problem is the senior lady the fat one. She is very unrespectful and give a realy bad service always screaming with a bad mood to the customers. Tha skinny lady is a really good person she try to help people and solve problems with machine.
