I regret ever hiring this company for a pool cover installation. It was, without a doubt, the worst experience I’ve ever had with a vendor.
From the very beginning, their communication was poor and unprofessional. Promised timelines were not met, and they constantly provided excuses instead of solutions. The quality of their work was subpar, and they failed to deliver on what was agreed upon in the contract.
What’s worse, their lack of professionalism and accountability made the situation even more frustrating. They seemed completely disorganized, and it was evident they lacked the expertise and resources to complete the job properly.
If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, I highly recommend staying far away from this company. Working with them was a complete nightmare, and I would never trust them with another project.
This is not a vendor you want to depend on for any event or project. Avoid at all costs!
