I was referred to Mercy a month or so ago when I finally decided it was time to move into my own place. With basic information on what my needs were and in the middle of the holidays, Mercy was quick to schedule viewings and make sure all my paperwork was where it needed to be in order to make my first lease super easy and efficient. She held my hand the whole way through and was very clear about all the things I needed to know up front. Mercy is honest and unafraid to give you the best advice based on what you want as her client. She's very flexible with scheduling and produces very quick turnaround times for paperwork. Every question I asked, no matter how dumb or simple it seemed, Mercy had the answer for me. She made me feel excited as well as taken care of throughout the entire leasing process. I'm beyond happy with the service she provided me and wouldn't have preferred to work with anyone else. I would highly recommend Mercy Martin to anyone in need of a realtor.
