a year agoParty of two. We had a chicken sandwich and a shrimp sandwich both came with fries. Asked for tea but they don't seem to offer it. Had water and mojito. Sandwiches are decent for being a simple hotel restaurant in a tourist area. The service was a little on the slow side but to be expected with cook to order. Decent place to enjoy a meal without going out the main door or ordering delivery. Definitely need to reconsider the tea. Would have given more stars for the tea. Aprox $20 each sandwich w fries.

2 years agoWhat stroke me the most about Marina's bar and Grill us the quality if their good and service. Because the building the restaurant is in looks old, you will be surprised how clean the place is in the inside and how the food ( both breakfast in buffet style and dinner) is good. The place is kid friendly, wheel chair accessible but parking can be an issue. Our waitress, Rosa, was the sweetest! She served us our dinner like a mother and her smile brought anything but calm and joy. Although we are from the NorthEast, my husband and I has my brother and my uncle, who were also visiting, had dinner with us a la Marina. Just yo say how happy we were with the food and the service. We might not stay at the Holiday In again but, definitely, we would love to come back and eat a la Marina's Bar and Grill!

5 months agothe continental breakfast did not have eggs or any meat. the milk was watery. they only have two people working the dining room at a time. one of the guys completely ignored me when i tried to flag him over and he said he'd bring things but didn't. we paid over $100 for an appetizer, two entrees, and three drinks. they included a tip without asking us and it was a higher tip than what the service deserved. both days we tried to get lunch they were closed despite their signs and menus saying they should be open.

5 months agoSage was overwhelmed with customers and no help, except for kitchen staff. She remained helpful, friendly and attentive. She served drinks at the bar which was full, and waited tables with a smile in a timely fashion, without complaints.

4 months agoTerrible service with 20 % forced gratuity. And when you have problems with your dining they develop a language barrier and play dumb. The front desk at the holiday claims they have no affiliation with them ( all staff for morning service is wearing holiday in name tags and the reciepts tout the holiday inn's name, phone and adress on the top) this would later be dispoven. After 10 or so minutes i gave up and left my # for the manager to call. I waited 24 hrs to write this and still no call. Avoid like the PLAGUE.
