Cool photo op, nice backdrop, must see for locals and tourist, nice ode to hip hop (not the shtty modern rap) add it to list of stuff in Winwood after or before the drinks and food.
Idk if the building is actually used for anything but they would make a killing renting it for events and or turning it into something.
