He is knowledgeable and has connections with maintenance people who could be needed at anytime. The maintenance people Gamal has had to refer us to were professional and very fairly priced. Being 800 miles from our property it is vital to have a strong and trusting relationship with our property manager Gamal gives us that piece of mind.
