Found Dr. Zerquera and ever since I went to my first appointment I never ever needed to search for another doctor! She exceeded my expectations. She cares not only for her patients as patients but as people. And she has never failed to see me when mostly needed. This office is punctual in and out with great & friendly and very professional staff. Thanks Dr. Z for taking care of myself and my family the way that you do!! Thanks Health Med!!!

I started off with Dr. CARLOS as my family physician. He is very knowledgeable over my specific injury Sent me in for an MRI for left foot injury and he told me to come back in a few days to review results when I went for my follow up, seems their staff (Jess )Mention that there Isn’t any available appointments for the remainder of the year with Dr. Carlos therefore reassigning me to a nurse practitioner that I’ve never even spoke to. Dr. Carlos had a lot of knowledge over my injury being said we had already spoken and reviewed everything together… It is unfortunate and very unprofessional that they would switch me to a nurse practitioner i never even spoken to. And not giving me the opportunity of doing my medical follow up with Dr. Carlos he was assigned to me as my family physician on my medical plan and insurance coverage , … I’m very disappointed it is very unprofessional.. They do not have any appointments available not even for follow ups with the family physician? Even after I did my lab work as well , which I haven’t even goten called for to get results from. No appointments for the remainder of the year makes no sense at all totally unacceptable, The goal was to see the same doctor (Physician Carlos ) not a nurse practitioner that I don’t even know nor spoken to ?? Totally out of ethics! I don’t recommend this medical clinic very unprofessional! If this was going to be the case, and if I knew that I was not going to ever be able to do a follow up nor appointment with my now assigned family physician, I would’ve never even gone the first time to this location…. I do not recommend anyone who wants a steady doctor and a good family physician to go to this location because you will be assigned to a nurse practitioner after your first visit as I was….. when I asked to please See Dr. Carlos in my next visit, (Jess )mentioned that If I didn’t like the fact that I was reassigned to a nurse practitioner that I can just take my documents and paperwork and go to another medical office of my choice. Very unprofessional….::.
