Hadley Resort + Marina

The pictures of the resort are actually much nicer than the resort itself. The front desk staff were very nice and accommodating. The unit itself was less than satisfactory. The floors were dirty, I wore shoes anytime I was walking through the unit. My wife did not and her feet were filthy. The bathroom had hair on the baseboard from a previous occupant. The base of the tub/shower was dirty. The corner of the wall next to the tub/shower had mold on it. The sliding door to the outside sitting area was very hard to open and there were no screens on any of the windows or sliding door to enjoy any fresh air. The ice machine was located on the second floor of the multi-story structure and we stayed in one of the one story bungalows. The unit itself was very dark and if you had the drapes opened in the unit there was no privacy. The pool had many leafs in it. One day there was actually one of the quest skimming the leaves from the pool. The bicycles were very functional and served their purpose. I was unable to upload any photos.

FALSE ADVERTISING! The king ocean view has no ocean view from the room. You have to step out on the skinny balcony, hit your knee on enormous chairs that are too big for the small balcony, and look down the side of the building to see the ocean. It's not like the pictures showing the ocean right out your window. It's very disappointing when you think you paid for an ocean view room. They LIED!! There is no manager on site at 4 pm! The front desk was no help as she said she's just a worker. I feel ripped off!! Also, walls are thin, and you could plainly hear what your neighbor is saying. Hear all the doors slam! It's not a quiet place. Would never stay here again! Save your money and find another place, which is my advice! Thumbs down 👎 Don't think they can cut the shrubs since it's the neighbors' property.

The pictures on the website made it look very nice.. little did we know that the elevator stunk like wet shoes, the "ocean view room" we paid almost $300 for after tax was a side view of the beach. The actual ocean view rooms must have been taken I assume. The bedding felt like there was still sand on it from the last guests. Also note the. shower floor is like an ice rink and is very slippery. (One member of our party fell due to being slick). The only things that were proper was the tv, air conditioner, front desk guy and ground level view of the ocean. Would not recommend and look else

There were five of us in the ocean view suite. Great views of the atlantic ocean. Staff struggled to meet certain standards: 1. We needed bedding for the sofa bed and they gave us twin bedding for a queen bed so we had to go back and get the right bedding. No extra pillows were available for that bed. 2. We were provided one roll of toilet paper. We had to go to the front desk to get more and they just snagged the roll from the lobby bathroom. For the price we paid the view was great but the service was substandard. The elevator smelled horrible and was not clean. The kayaks were in disrepair (all the back rests were broken). There were 3 bikes and one had a flat tire and no effort was made to repair it. This place needs some management that cares.

I was in town for business and stayed at Hadley. Good location close to restaurants. Loved the property. I had a king suite with a downstairs living area and spacious kitchenette. Nice balcony off the bedroom and private car port. Love how the rooms are decorated. Modern with a beach vibe. Very clean. I was very comfortable. Thomas was so welcoming and professional. Nice continental breakfast with an array of items for grab and go or eat outside on the terrace. I want to come back for pleasure next time!
