Great experience transporting my mom who is handicap. Clean car, safe driving and very professional drivers. First time I have transportation on time for pickup and drop off times for hospital visit.
Gold Transport is the only provider we use because they are the very best. Dependable, on time, friendly and caring. My husband suffered a stroke and they transport him to all of his therapy and doctors appointments.
This company is horrible. They very unprofessional. Most of the drives don't speak English. When u call they very rude. When u ask the drivers question , the first thing they say is that they don't speak English. How the hell you in a English speak country and cann't speak English. If you going to be provide services to the public u should aleast be able to communicate to them especially when u provide services to older clients. Enough is enough!
On Friday, July 29 at about 1340 hrs., I called this company for transportation service. The person who answered the phone began to take my information and then hung up. I cannot recommend this company for the unprofessional way they’re handling phone calls. Even when I tried calling them back, they did not answer.
