4 months agoAfter 10 months, FINALLY the window was fixed. I appreciate the lesser bias treatment knowing that I AM A GOOD RESIDENT. After the insults and accusations. All is forgiven for my conscious is clear and you gained another star. Congrats! Those who continue with their bias can burn in their hatred. I could care less Best!

2 years agoIf I could give negative stars, I would. My experiences with this association have not been good. I have lived here for almost 9 months and despite many attempts, they never gave me a parking pass. My car was towed from my designated parking spot for not having the decal. They now tell me that I must have a Florida license plate for my car to get the pass which isn't even included in the contract I signed before moving in, and I can't because the car isn't in my name. Thinking about getting the courts involved. I do not recommend trying to rent here.

5 years agoThis is the second time I leave this review, as the business owner had my previous review taken down. After becoming property managers of Parkside on Fontainebleau, my experience with this company has not been positive. They distributed decals to residents and explained the protocol for having overnight visitors which consisted of calling their office and giving the license of said visitor. When my car was in the shop and I called to let them know my rental did not have a decal but I am in fact a resident, I still caught the security company they hired trying to put a warning sticker on the car. The kind that is incredibly difficult to remove once the adhesive has dried. A month later I called to let them know about an overnight guest. Gave them all the relevant information. They still put a warning sticker on his car. What is so hard about following through with the policies you set up? The security company they hired also harassed my brother for eating food in his car at a late hour, an incident they have no made motions to correct. Clearly Gold Property Management does not adhere to their own protocols or communicate effectively with the companies they partner with. I would prefer them to vacate my community.

5 years agoI purchased property at the Highlands at Kendall Lakes while it was being managed by a previous association. Once Gold Property took over they started renovating the overdue problems which the previous association had neglected (roof, overgrown trees, exterior paint..). They’ve enforced parking and have required owners/renters to obtain decals which has freed up more parking spaces and prevents people from holding up spots. They have so far followed through with all their promises which shows that our monthly association fees are being spent wisely. My only complaint is their strict visitor parking rule of only 30hrs per month. It is convenient to be able to register visitor vehicles online. However, I believe 30 hrs is not enough. I think it’s ridiculous to own your own property yet not be allowed to have guests over. There should at least be an extended monthly visitor limit for owners. I’m tired of worrying that a guest’s car will be towed, which has happened before.

5 years agoThe worst customer service. These people never answer their phones or return any calls. Also, the policy of parking is ridiculous. If you don't have a decal, they towed your car. If you have a visitor, they only give you one pass per year for 7 days if not the visitor's car gets towed. The securities are always looking after cars without decals or permissions, for them to get towed. I've had to beg for a permit pass. Horrible overall.
