Marlen Moreno :) is the absolute best. She is so kind and always so welcoming. She handles everything beautifully with organization and dedication. I am so grateful that I get to see her almost every day and think she is the absolute best!
When I walked into Midblock and Betty Colon welcomed me with such brightness and such a big smile, I felt like I walked into a safe and peaceful place so I can’t wait to come back every time I visit Miami.
2025 Update:
I continue to praise the Midblock First Service Team under the leadership of Jazmin Mindur. As an owner who selfishly has an interest of maintaining the value of the property - I couldn’t be more blessed with the current team that takes care of every detail of Midblock. They are restless - go the extra mile and really come together for the better of the community. Check the updated pictures of their recent help in fixing water damage that had been in the apartment since I bought in 2019, but with the restoration project it was the perfect time to get the sheetrock replaced by the balcony. Big thanks to Aris who saw this through. My other biggest star goes to Lesbia, Juan Manuel, Roger and Eddie for always keeping my community in shiny clean, and within building code. Million thanks!

I’ve had the pleasure to work closely with FirstService since 2019, our Community Manager Jazmin Mindur and the team at Midblock are all phenomenal. As a Board member for a short stint I worked closely with the team. From Maintenance (Aris and Roger) to Security / Concierge (Alex, Pitts, Oscar, Dairon, Johana) to the Cleaning Team (Lesvia, Eddy) - they all go the extra mile to really keep up with even the small details. There is really a sense of community and collaboration - they always have a friendly smile and no task is too big for them. They keep the halls / carpets pristine clean, the painting refreshed, the building scent welcoming and more importantly they take care of any concern I might have. Really enjoy having this amazing team in charge of my Community (which isn’t easy since we have Airbnb’s). Highly recommend FirstService.

Betty, Emanuel, and Jacquetta were very welcoming during my stay at Midtown. Their service and attentiveness was truly unmatched. Betty helped check me in with no issues even though I had arrived separately from my group. Every time we entered or exited the building, she was always kind and made us feel safe. Our trip would not have been the same without having this team readily available for our every need.
I want to take a moment to recognize Diana from the front desk at Axis North Tower. She is truly a gem! Every time I interact with her, I am met with a warm smile and a genuinely helpful attitude. Diana’s pleasant demeanor and willingness to assist make living here even more enjoyable.
What really impresses me is her dedication to her work. She takes her responsibilities seriously and always goes above and beyond to ensure that residents’ needs are met. Whether it’s answering questions, providing information, or assisting with any issues, Diana handles everything with professionalism and care.
It’s clear that she is an invaluable asset to our community, and her commitment to making our condominium a better place does not go unnoticed. Thank you, Diana, for everything you do to make living at Axis North Tower a wonderful experience!
